In our Training Zone we have several dedicated areas for working with a fitness coach on your own or in a group setting. These areas include a dedicated space for core training, stretching, functional strength training, body weight training, performance enhancement training, and cardiovascular conditioning. Our Studio also features a dedicated Performance Training room with climbing ropes, Olympic lifting platform, agility ladders, tire flip, sleds, kettlebells, and all the fitness toys to make performance & fitness style training a new and exciting way to workout!
