Garage Sale Mart is a 12,000-square-foot facility that allows individuals to bring in assorted items to sell to the public. Customers can just stop by and drop off the merchandise they would like to sell. When it does sell, Garage Mart splits the sale price 50/50. This business is also a donation center for the Humane Society of Cobb County. People can drop off donated goods and when they sell, the Humane Society gets half of the proceeds.
