After managing all types of real estate projects for over 30 years I realized there was a big problem hiring people to do the smaller jobs that were honest and dependable. That is why I started this business and have been able to keep it going for all these years. At this point in my life, I wish to keep my business small and simple with customers who know they can rely on my work and honesty. For that reason, we do not take on any longer term jobs or remodels.
