History
I fell into CrossFit back in 2008 and immediately knew that I could no longer train any other way! I joined a CrossFit, was certified in 2009 and began my CrossFit journey. Since then it has been my dream to have a CrossFit space to call my own. A facility where people come to change there lives not only physically, but mentally, and truly see what they are able to accomplish if they put their all into it. Our mission is to make an impact and a difference in the lives of our members, to help our members be that best that they can be!

Welcome to CrossFit Resurgens! CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.
