I have been interested in health, wellness, and fitness as long as I can remember. It all started with my Mom, Bianca Brown. An organic gardner, she always tried to serve healthy, natural foods. Bianca also read Prevention Magazine, and often quoted their advice on vitamins, health, and fitness. Physical fitness was also important to my Mom.
