Located in Knoxville, Ga., the Crawford County Sheriff's Office is a law enforcement agency that offers services for the protection of residents lives and their property, as well as the deterrence, detection and investigation of criminal activities. It operates a detention center that provides secure detention facilities for those who have violated the law and present a threat to the community as subject to the determination of courts. The Crawford County Sheriff's Office also maintains a communication center that provides services for police, fire and emergency medical assistance.
