Been at this apartment complex for 8 years. Rates increased $4380 for a 12 month lease ($365 a month). Would not consider lowering cost or anything. They have increased the rent for everyone.

Awesome property. Well kept apartments. Very friendly staff. Pet friendly. Many functions through the year. They have food trucks come by. They had a pet costume contest. Gave out great prizes......

worst management ever, they do charge all kind of fees when ever you move out. you pay 350$ pet fee and also you pay pet odor fee etc when you move out regardless of your payment at the move in...
