I'm Chef Courtney Brown, known as Chef Court - welcome to my yelp page where my passion for cooking and baking is featured. I began my culinary career fifteen years ago as a personal chef providing chef services, cooking lessons and meal prep to anyone for any occasion. Through a series of referrals I transitioned into a private chef and baker for professional athletes, coaches, entertainers and their families. I invested hundreds of hours developing delicious recipes to accommodate my clients and their special needs. I can prepare a variety of authentic cuisines including: Asian, Caribbean, American, Mexican, French, Mediterranean, and Cajun, to name a few. I honed my craft by immersing myself in other cultures, traveling to various parts of the world and bringing back recipes, spices and hands-on experience. I created a line of artisan cookies, Courtney Cookies, which I bake and ship to customers throughout the USA.
