HistoryThe Morris family began it's operation in Madison, Georgia as an automobile repair shop with one small wrecker in 1956. Founded by O.H. Morris, the company grew to include several other aspects of the transportation industry, including the first GMC dealership in the area and house moving. Before the Atlanta growth spread to the east, Morris Wreckers once had the only large wrecker from Atlanta to Augusta. The ownership of the company changed in 1990 with O.H. Morris' daughter, Brenda, and her husband, Bobby. Morris Wreckers & Truck Repair, Inc. began to include heavy duty truck repair and truck tire sales and repair along with the wrecker service. In the year 2005, Morris Wreckers & Truck Repair, Inc. grew to include heavy duty truck parts sales to its operation. A second location in Madison began in early 2006 to offer express truck tire sales/repair.
