Bistro 346 is the brainchild of Christina Monas, Maximilien Bordeleau, and Chef Simone Concas, each bringing their own style to create this European style bistro on Wilmington Island. The menu has a taste for everyone from our Scored Flounder, Bistro Filet, Shrimp & Grits, Brussel Salad, and Shrimp Bisque. Our weekend brunch includes our take on a classic Eggs Benedict, Griddle Cakes, and Omelet Florentine all complemented by our bottomless Mimosas and Bistro Mary’s.
