Bikram Yoga offers 90-minute classes in 105 degree temperatures by highly qualified teachers who have had more than 500 hours of training at a specialized Bikram Yoga facility in Los Angeles. During classes, participants endure a series of 26 postures called asanas and two breathing exercises named pranayamas. Excersise rooms are hot by design to allow for increased flexibility and are only suitable for those 18 years of age and older.
