Started in 1905, Bank of Dudley is a community bank offering personal and business banking services. It was the only bank in the Laurens County, GA., to survive and operate during the Great Depression period. The bank offers checking, investment accounts, credit and debit cards, overdraft privileges, safe deposit boxes, loans and check orders. It also offers services, such as Internet banking and electronic bill payment. The bank established a division called Heartland Mortgage in 1996 to provide local mortgage services to its customers. Bank of Dudley is a member of Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and is an Equal Housing Lender.
