This is a mixed use building that has a storied past. Originally built as a land lease rowhouse apartment complex in 1885, it was at first home to many Atlanta professionals. Forthy years later it was populated by squatters. In 1932 Atlanta's art community revitalized the community and it became a bohemian mecca by the 1960s. Today, it is a commercial and residential condominium community and has new additions that offer spectacular views of the downtown skyline.
