Amanda Dempsey, MD is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with a Certificate of Added Qualification in hand surgery. Dr. Dempsey treats a wide variety of conditions associated with the upper extremities, including acute trauma, reconstruction of traumatic conditions, fracture, amputation, arthritis, nerve compression, arthroscopy, Dupuytrens, as well as vascular conditions of the hand. Dr. Dempsey completed a fellowship in hand and microvascular surgery at the prestigious Christine M. Kleinert Institute for Hand and Microsurgery in Louisville, KY. Prior to that, she completed her orthopaedic training at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY. She graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in 2009 and earned a BS in microbiology
