Your goals and needs regarding your self image and how you wish others to see you are our number one concern. You can decide to participate in small group classes in TRX Suspension Training or for more personal attention you can schedule one-on-one time with a personal trainer. During personal training sessions, we will design and implement a program to facilitate you getting closer to your goals. Some of the tools used in the program design may include the following: TRX Suspension Training, kettlebells, free weights, use of various balance tools, and elastic tubing - all ways to improve your balance and posture as well as improve your activities of daily living while assisting you with weight loss.
