This hometown diner has a true country atmosphere. Many booths and tables are in the dining room with a lunch counter on the back wall that has a row of attached stools. A collection of woven baskets hang from the ceiling and are strung about the restaurant along with plants that nicely add to the experience. For breakfast, it serves just about everything. This runs the gambit from the usual eggs and bacon to the unexpected raisin bread, fresh tomatoes, grits and oatmeal. The favorites are the biscuits and gravy and the omelets. Every Friday is an All You Can Eat Fish Fry.
