Village Peddler is a boutique and gift shop located in the VillageWalk gated community. It is only open to residents and their guests. The shop sells a variety of clothing, jewelry and home decor items. Owner Carolyn Backenstos recently opened a second boutique, Elegant Peddler, at Citrus Square, which is open to the public and carries similar items.

Village Walk raises HOA fees without consulting the people who live here, they "board" adds things to the "clubhouse" area that no one uses (pickle ball court, etc. ) and do not check on the cars...
