Victoria's is a family-owned Peruvian restaurant group established in 2008 by Executive Chef Julio Leon and his wife Cecilia, along with their sons Luis Alonso and Gonzalo. Originating from Trujillo, Peru, the Leons' dream was to bring the flavors of their hometown to the United States, starting with their first location, Victoria's Peruvian Cuisine.
