It always a dream for us to have a restaurant that serve what we love and create, and through food that we served, we share our culture and joy to our customer. After graduated from California Sushi Academy back in '99, I worked for WDW Swan and Dolphin for 12 years, then I helped openning the Zeta Sushi at Hilton Bonnet Creek; after three years... opportunities came and here we are!
