History
At first I was more of a basketball player than anything else. Then I was introduced to fitness by some friends and ever since that day, I never stop working out. Fitness grew on me and it became my passion....then I decided to make fitness training my career with the intention to help people living their best lives, not just physically, but also emotionally and mentally.
