History
Treasure Coast Realty, currently an independent full service real estate firm, first began assisting customers and clients in an office located in the plaza at the corner of Federal Highway and Monterey Rd more than 34 years ago. A few years later, the firm became a Century 21 affiliate, moving into what was then, the former Greyhound bus station near the foot of the Roosevelt Bridge. It remained there for decades until the building was torn down for the new Roosevelt Bridge, relocating the business to 101 SW Monterey Rd. in the Monterey Shopping Plaza. In 2000, still in the Monterey Shopping Plaza, Treasure Coast Realty became a GMAC Real Estate affiliate. In 2006, the company moved to the Mayfair Plaza, at 963 SE Federal Highway, near Johnson Avenue, where it continues to help its customers and clients. In 2010, Treasure Coast Realty returned to its strong, community roots as a full service independent brokerage.
