At least this is a fixable problem but seriously. All three of my items with apliques should not have problems. This is ridiculous!

I will never use this cleaners again! It's awful!!! They promise you your cleaning will be ready by a specific time; however, it ISN'T. The cleaning is sent out and most of it is not done there...
