History
Led by Executive Chef Ken Lumpkin, The Franklin spotlights local seafood and farmers, reimagining familiar favorites by fusing Japanese, French and Southern cuisines. The menu offers delicious food and unexpected but incredibly pleasing flavor combinations, unlike any other restaurant along the Forgotten Coast. Our name is a tribute to the Gibson Inn's rich history--the hotel's original restaurant was called The Franklin Cafe when it was first opened in 1907.
