The Empress Tea Room & Bistro is located in a beautiful new location. We have moved from our old location in Temple Terrace to Carrolwood. At the cornor of Dale Mabry and Fletcher, we are located behind the Chili's. We invite everyone to come join us and see what we are about. We have great menu items and Sunday Brunches are the BEST!!! The Empress Tea Room is an experience. From the moment you arrive to this elegant and luxurious location your senses are intrigued.
