Mr. Coleman was a member of an 85 lawyer firm in Miami in 1978. In 1983 he became a partner in what was at the time the larges law firm domestically in the U.S. He left that firm in 1985 and established the firm Coleman, Cosby, Lipscomb and Bounds, in the Miami area. In 1991, Mr. Coleman moved his practice to Jacksonville, Florida. Since that time the practice has been restricted to estate planning, probate, wills & trusts, and related areas of the law. Mr. Coleman is an active member of WealthCounsel and ElderCounsel. He is a frequent speaker and writer concerning the areas of asset protection planning, estate planning, wills & trusts, probate and trust administration, elder law, and Medicaid planning. He is registered as a presenter of continuing education programs for certified financial planners, life insurance agents, CPAs, and lawyers.
