This is probably my favorite hot mess of a bar downtown. It's a good spot to stop at the end of your night when everyone's at least buzzed - but is even better when you're at least somewhat drunk....

I was there 8/16 and ordered one drink. EVERYONE BEWARE*** the bartenders add on additional tip than you put!!!! THEY COMMITTED FRAUD!! keep your receipts and check your bank once the charge...
