The Academy, founded in 1999, is a Microsoft Certified Technical Education Center that imparts education and offers training to companies and individuals on how to manage networks and other critical technologies. The center also provides professional services in the areas of network implementations, migrations, design and validation for Active Directory and Exchange applications. It also provides customized software solutions delivered on the Microsoft .Net Framework and Microsoft SQL platforms. The center offers staffing of qualified individuals, including graduates, contractors and permanent staff. Its seven-day-a-week help desk assists companies in outsourcing the tracking and resolving low-level information technology issues. The institute s classes are conducted by Microsoft Certified Trainers with classroom and practical field experience. The Academy is based in Miami.
