Service is very poor, even if you schedule an appointment you'll probably wait. The test drive is self driven for a maximum of 30 minutes.

If you are planing on buy a Tesla please beware that they try there hardest not to fix an issue without charging a ridiculous price even if you car is under warranty... I brought a Tesla model S...
