The T.A.T. Clubhouse is run by a non-profit civic association. The 3,700-square-foot clubhouse features a game room, banquet hall, kitchen, pool and library. It is available for rent for a wide variety of events, including weddings and birthdays. Catering has to be done independently, although a wedding coordinator and event planner are available through the clubhouse. Regular events are held at the clubhouse weekly.
