Svetlana Faktorovich, M.D., is a board-certified neurologist and the director of the Neuro Infusion Center at Marcus Neuroscience Institute, established at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, a part of Baptist Health. Dr. Faktorovich specializes in neurology and neuromuscular medicine, which allows her to provide the highest quality care to patients with disorders of the nerves and muscles. She is fluent in English and Russian. Prior to joining Marcus Neuroscience Institute in 2019, Dr. Faktorovich completed her clinical neurophysiology fellowship at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. Dr. Faktorovich is passionate about training the next generation of neurologists. She works with resident neurologists and medical students as an assistant professor of neurology at Florida Atlantic University’s Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine. Dr. Faktorovich’s care philosophy is to get to know her patients and, as a team, develop a treatment plan that incorporates who they are and what they value. When she is not treating patients, Dr. Faktorovich enjoys exercising, baking and spending time with her family, including her husband and young son.
