Chef Sherry Lynn went to the French Culinary Institute of New York City and has always had a passion for cooking. She opened her own Bakery in Texas for a while but after a divorce decided to close. She went to work for Kelly and Whitney Redford at Crystal Cove Resort and after working together for a short while he offered to lease the little Restaurant down at the marina to her that hasn't been opened for a while. Well she jumped on the chance, it was always her dream to own her own Restaurant and after a few months of getting it ready and legal paperwork of course she was open and thriving.

We are a Breakfast/Brunch only Cafe' that is owned by Chef Sherry Lynn who earned her culinary degree at the French Culinary Institute of New York City. We are at Crystal Cove Resort down at the Marina with a beautiful view of the river where you can watch a beautiful sunrise. We offer things like Eggs Benedict, Crepes, Homemade Pastries, Stuffed French Toast, Monster Burritos and Brisket Bread to name a few! Chef Sherry will also make you a Cake or Pie or just about any Pastry to order.
