History
Tracey received yoga teacher training and certification at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in Quebec in 2000. Upon returning from this month-long immersion in the yogic lifestyle, she was invited to Clermont to teach to the South Lake community. Opening Still Lake Yoga followed. In 2005, she travelled to Natala in Northern India to take Advanced Teacher Training at a Sivananda Ashram.

Our teachers aim to make yoga accessible to everybody. Men and women of all ages and physical abilities-beginners and advanced students-are guided to work to their individual edge in our Yoga for All classes. We provide a peaceful and harmonious environment which encourages renewal and inner focus. A non-competitive spirit pervades our classes. When attending a class at the center, you can expect breathing exercises, asanas (yoga postures), flowing exercise sequences, and a period of deep relaxation. This program will condition your body and focus your mind, imparting a feeling of wellness, peace, and rejuvenation. We make attending a class so simple!
