The Taekwondo Program’s mission is to help students of all ages achieve their marital arts and fitness goals by learning kicking, self-defense, striking, and weapon skills in a safe, clean, and positive environment. Each class focuses on helping the student learn discipline, self-control, respect, and focus. The Wellness Center’s mission is to help students of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals through a variety of classes for all fitness and ability levels as well as educational seminars. Classes will help improve fitness, balance, endurance, and cognitive skills.
