Originally created in Rochester, NY. After Stephen Wagner dealt with several mitigation and cleaning contractors, he realized the industry lacked professionalism and attention to the details that mattered. He decided to take the mitigation courses and become certified. From the beginning, his work was admonished. The word spread and soon Specialized is now the most requested mitigation company in Rochester. Deciding to grow and expand operations on a national level, Specialized Restoration is now based out of Clearwater, FL. Our mission is to dominate the market of Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. Ensuring that when our services are needed, that we will be readily available and performing work to the Specialized standard.
