HistoryOwner Wiliam Murphy grew up with an appreciation for antiques. Upon moving to Florida in 1991, he opened Encore Events, a high-end antique shop located in Belleair Bluffs, near Clearwater. Becoming a personal property appraiser was a natural next step, which led to his becoming involved in helping people downsize or move on by conducting Estate Sales in their homes. Soon this aspect of his business grew, along with his reputation for fairness, honesty and professionalism. He closed the antique shop in 2008 and now devotes full time to conducting Estate Sales. His staff members are all experts in their own right and assist William in conducting sales that are well-staged, heavily advertised and well-attended.SpecialtiesWe conduct professional Estate Sales in the Tampa Bay area. Our sales are heavily advertised both in print and on the Internet, and we always draw a huge crowd to our events. In addition, we offer professional personal property appraisals for insurance, estate or other purposes. We work closely with estate lawyers and provide many services related to estates that go above and beyond the normal. WE are often hired by out-of-town family members to take care of all the details connected with emptying a property and all the physical tasks associated with closing an estate.
