Chef Director Bjöern Weissgerber has drawn on decades of experience to create an extraordinary menu that juxtaposes incredible flavor and impeccable technique to look every bit as good as it tastes. Best experienced shared, the a la carte and expertly curated Omakase tasting menus are available all day, whilst the Kuikku menu is available Monday to Friday from 12pm to 3.30pm offering $42 per person for four plates. Our destination bar offers an extensive list of cocktails, full of carefree character and adventurous spirit. Accompanying the cocktail menu is a carefully selected wine and Champagne list which boasts an ample Dom Perignon and Opus One selection coupled with wines sourced locally from the US.
