We are a personal training only gym/studio focused on teaching strength training to clients. We teach all levels, but specialize in teaching beginners how to use strength training to accomplish their goals of fat loss, increased muscle mass, stronger bones, increased strength, balance, coordination, and improved health. We believe that people consistently do things they like and that make them feel good, and this is typically because they feel they are good/skilled at those things. Everyone should use strength training consistently throughout their life so we teach clients how to be good at strength training so they use it consistently long after they have ended their professional relationship with SST.
