Seminole Work Opportunity Program is a private nonprofit organization located in Casselberry, Fla., providing vocational, educational and community-based employment training to developmentally disabled adults in Seminole and Orange counties. Founded in 1980, the organization also provides quality contract services to more than 800 businesses in the Central Florida area, including ink jet printing, mail fulfillment, heat sealing, shrink wrapping, shipping crate assembly, political sign assembly, concrete monument production and other specialty projects. The long-term objective of the program is to provide a vocational and educational training program for developmentally disabled adults and to stimulate and provide employment opportunities for persons who would otherwise not be able to obtain employment.
