Our craftsmen can also apply this technology to blueprint your existing propellers. The Blade Runner Perfect Pitch System allows us to measure the exact pitch over the full cord length at any radius line desired. Our verticle boring mills enable us to machine propellers up to 60 inches in diameter. In many applications; the balance of propellers is as critical as the pitch and tracking. For this reason, S&S Propeller utilizes the state-of-the-art Computerized Soft Bearing High-Speed Balancer. This System allows us to dynamically balance any desired propeller up to 2,000 pounds.SpecialtiesWe specialize in marine propulsion and state-of-the-art propeller technology. S&S Propeller has two 15000 square foot facilities. Each facility is equipped with complete machine shops, enabling us to support all out customers' needs. S&S Propeller provides complimentary computer analysis. Our trained staff evaluates applications for new propeller sizing or the modification of existing propellers. We also fabricate a complete line of marine hardware, consisting of all components from the transmission down, for new and retrofit applications.
