Center Place is a community gem offering a wide selection of art experiences. They produce theatrical productions for children and adults. They also provide free children's theater productions to many Title 1 public schools and provide free art classes for children through private funding, grants and donations. With public school budgets being cut year after year, Center Place is even more important to the community. Art workshops are available and they offer a low-cost summer workshop program as well. Throughout the year, Center Place holds several free, fun community events. They have a gift shop in their lobby offering many unique gift items and it is open during regular hours and also for many events. Memberships are available, but are not required to enjoy the events or to attend workshops. This is just a sampling of what Center Place has to offer and what they do for the Brandon community.
