Rich s Ice Cream began in 1910, when Paul Rich Sr. expanded his Buffalo, N.Y., dairy to include ice cream products. His son moved to West Palm Beach, Fla., in 1946, and began a Florida tradition of ice cream making. The company s ice cream was a favorite of two United States presidents on their visits to south Florida. Its ice cream is available from the nation s capital to the Golden Gate Bridge. Rich s Ice Cream, still family-owned and operated after four generations, offers ice cream sandwiches, cups and cones, swirled and stripped bars, tropical bars, classic bars and other ice cream novelties.
