Mohammed Reza, MD, is an HIV specialist and a leader in the treatment of infectious diseases. He regularly works with at-risk communities to provide education and treatment. Dr. Reza is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease. He sees patients at Reza Health, which has an office in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.Dr. Reza completed his masters degree in neuroscience at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in Hampshire County. He earned his medical degree at Saba University School of Medicine in the Netherlands Antilles. Dr. Reza went on to complete an internship and internal medicine residency at Pennsylvania State Hershey Medical Center. He then undertook further fellowship training in infectious diseases at the Mayo Clinic Department in Jacksonville, Florida.Additionally, Dr. Reza trained in Obesity Medicine, having completed courses at the Institute of Human Nutrition (IHN) at Columbia University in New York City. Dr. Reza is currently a hospital physician at the Mayo Clinic in the Department of Hospital Medicine in Jacksonville. He is the former medical director at CAN Community Health, which has clinics in Jacksonville and Daytona, Florida.Dr. Reza is on the speaker bureau for Thera Technologies. He is a public speaker, a thought leader, and an infectious disease specialist who educates the community on COVID-19, HIV, monkeypox, and polio. Dr. Reza has appeared on 150+ local and national news stories, as well as town hall events.
