Missing door security sensors. Remi Emerson said I could leave the security system in my home. It went missing and no one was charged.

Cleaning I had to do upon receipt of my home. This is just from 1 room, Remi Emerson charged me a cleaning fee....

For scale, the size of damage that was never charged to any tenant. Didn't see this until I took back control of my home.

Damage done to my home after tenants left. Remi Emerson charged them nothing for this and wouldn't answer my calls to address the issue.

Severe damage done to wood frame. No tenants were ever charged for this when I took over as an owner.
