The Red Mesa Restaurant specializes regional Mexican cuisine and Southwest-style food. Regional Mexican food is made up of traditional dishes, using indigenous ingredient found throughout the states of Mexico. Red Mesa imports dried and fresh chile from a variety of locales, as well as fresh herbs, vegetables and fruits to compliment the restaurant s menu. The Southwest food is a combination of Mexican, Native American and Spanish food. Red Mesa also uses a combination of other styles to produce what is commonly known as Nuevo Latino cuisine. The restaurant s menu features tortilla and black bean soup, beef taquitos, quesadillas, enchiladas and steak, pork, chicken and seafood entrees. Red Mesa has been in business for more than nine years.
