Garbage disposal after I personally cleaned it so the water could drain

Current state of bathroom sink before I had to personally clean so it would drain properly

Air filter caked in dust because it was probably never replaced for 2 years

Build up of dust and debris behind the air filter

Closed drain when I moved in. I had to take apart the pipes underneath and clean 10 years of grease and sludge out of them personally.
