This company did work for our HOA in 2018. When I called in 2024 for a maintenance request they did not return my call. I actually called three times a nothing in return. Failed customer service.

Short Version - Stay away from Premier Outdoor Living. They do not manage the project, they just hire the subcontractors and send them out to do the work with no supervision. We've had issues...
