Pinellas Affordable Living, Inc. (PAL) is a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) established in 1993 with the mission of developing affordable housing for vulnerable individuals. As a not-for-profit organization, PAL has successfully developed 160 units of multi-family housing and two single-family homes, with an additional 55 units currently in various stages of development.
Working in collaboration with Boley Centers, PAL utilizes federal funds designated for affordable housing development to fulfill its goals.
