Hallmark Development of Florida is a diversified real estate development firm founded over 43 years ago. Today it develops, owns and manages dozens of buildings and properties in the Tampa Bay area including commercial office buildings, office parks, condominium communities, ministorage sites, retail plazas and a Holiday Inn Express and Suites location in Tampa. Hallmark was an early leader in West Central Florida's movement toward sustainable, green building.
