History
The firm celebrated their tenth anniversary by moving into The Beardall House in historic Downtown Orlando. The house, located on beautiful Lake Lucerne, was once the residence of Mayor William Beardall, Orlando's mayor during World War II. Built in 1911 by Beardall's father-in-law, the home is still considered the finest example of pre-WWI prairie style architecture in the area. The house includes the original carriage house, mahogany and oak paneling, Italian marble fireplace and elegant oak staircase. The Beardall House is listed on the National Historic Register. In 1982, it received the Beautification Award by the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce. A picture of The Beardall House, our new home, is integrated into our home page and the picture of the Downtown Orlando skyline represents our view of the downtown area. We welcome visits from our clients, friends and neighbors. Page, Eichenblatt, Bernbaum & Bennett is proud to call this historic landmark home.
