Our Lady of Divine Providence House of Prayer Foundation was established to provide for the financial needs of the ministries under the mantle of Our Lady of Divine Providence House of Prayer. It is a ministry of the Marian Servants of Divine Providence, a private association of the Christian Faithful headquartered in Clearwater, Fla. Its teaching ministry, Cenacle of Divine Providence, offers various spiritual direction programs, religious courses and Ignatian exercises. Its retreat ministry offers private, directed and Ignatian retreat programs. Its chapters include Marian Servants of the Word, Marian Servants of the Blessed Sacrament, Marian Servants of the Blessed Trinity, Marian Servants of Divine Mercy, Marian Servants of the Eucharist and Marian Servants of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
